Shipping & Returns

At All & Sundry, our priority is to make sure our community receive exceptional and equal service. We are committed to ensuring you have the right information to make your best purchasing decisions for yourself and your skin. By placing an order with All & Sundry, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. All orders are subject to availability and are priced in AUD.

Shipping
  1. Please allow up to 2 days for order processing, from time of purchase. This is the time from when you make your order via our online store, to the time it is processed and packed in our warehouse ready for shipment.
  2. Please note that order processing and domestic AUS shipping times may vary depending on environmental impacts, government requirements (e.g. COVID mandated lock downs), postal disruptions or force majeure that sit outside of All & Sundry control. 
  3. We do offer international shipping, however due to international shipping costs [our fulfilment warehouse is in MLB, AU], this is a flat fee of $AUD30.00.
  4. A shipping address cannot be changed once it has been processed by our warehouse as this is when the ownership is transferred to the shipping company. Please take care when entering your shipping address at the checkout. 
  5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on allandsundryskin.com. In the event of any cancellations, our customer will be notified via e-mail and a full refund will be issued.

 $10 or free with purchases over $100*
2 - 6 business days for delivery
Estimated Express AU domestic shipping: 
$15
1 - 3 business days.
International Shipping: $30 8 - 10 business days

FREE Shipping offers may be promoted throughout certain campaigns during the year. These offers will be made via our website.

Returns
 
  1. We offer All & Sundry customers 30 calendar days to return a product from the date of receiving the product(s). Please email youneed@allandsundryskin.com so that we can help to resolve any issues. Your satisfaction is important to us. 
  2. All & Sundry reserves the right to decline the returns of its products which do not meet the eligibility criteria. This includes:
  • The items (both internal vessel and external packaging) are not in good condition, have been physically damaged, or been used.
  • The packaging and/or product is faulty or you have had an unexpected reaction to the product. Please note that while we understand reactions may be unexpected, the responsibility of understanding skin habits, sensitivities and reactions lies with our customers. You know your skin stories best.
